dcraw Windows build notes
The Windows build should run fine on any msdos/windows 95, 98, 2000 or XP 32 Home/Pro system.
Haven’t tested it on a XP 64bit system.
Windows vista and 2003 server systems will exit with the error
Out of memory in main()
This is due to a Microsoft self-imposed limitation to 32Mb of memory for programs built with a compiler other than Microsoft’s, and will be addressed on the next Windows Vista Service Pack 1.
This build doesn’t have LCMS support nor JPEG support (that was needed for obsolete Kodak camera). It should use multiple cores on multi-core machines.
